We are committed to making sure each and every item you receive from Delicious Hair™ is superior in quality, condition and presentation. Each Delicious Hair™ hair unit undergoes thorough quality control inspection prior to customer shipment to ensure you receive a high quality, non-defective product. Because of our effort to ensure our customers only receive new and authentic products from us, the below policies are strictly practiced. (Final Sale & 3-Day Return/Exchange or Store-Credit)
As a result of our quality control process, and to enforce health & safety measures, all 100% Human (and/or Synthetic Braid) Hair items Sales are FINAL – EXCEPT for manufacturer/production error in which the customer will have a 3-Days (72 hours) from time of purchase/delivery to contact us to report error for refund/exchange* and/or store-credit.
All eligible exchanges/returns* may incur a 30% restocking fee.
*All exchange/return item(s) must be in original & untampered packaging, unworn, uncut, uncolored and unaltered – in brand new condition to qualify for exchange and/or return. All exchange/return items will be thoroughly inspected of condition – any item found not to be in brand new /unused condition after inspection will be returned by mail to customer and disqualified for return and/or exchange.
